Head Obedience Trainer / Behaviourist.

Alan has over 20 years experience in training dogs. For the last 15 years Alan has run the very successful dog training company Manchester K9 Obedience, dealing with a wide variety of dogs offering various aspects of training to a wide range of clients including many celebrities.

Alan also works closely with various Police forces and has supplied them with many trained dogs and has run various seminars for numerous police forces.

Alan has also trained and provided many dogs for the TV and Film Industry.

Alan has a vast array of knowledge and experience to ensure that your K9 Obedience needs are met.

Alan started out competing in obedience and working trials before entering the world of schutzhund.

He has qualified numerous dogs to various levels of schutzhund and has for the last 5 years and with 3 different dogs won a place representing Great Britain at the german shepherd and mixed breed Schutzhund World Championships and has twice been the top scoring British competitor.

Marti's background training police, protection and competition dogs to the highest international levels means K9Swim can offer advice and assistance in additional areas of your canines care & wellbeing to Hydrotherapy.
 
Recently qualified as a Canine Hydrotherapist, Marti is looking forward to continuing in fulfilling his passion for working with dogs.
